Service: - LDA, Process Server, UDA, or Photocopier Registration change


Applicants are asked to complete forms and assemble any needed documentation prior to their appointment. Forms are available here (scroll down to Professional Registrations). If you are unable to print and complete your forms prior to your appointment, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete required paperwork (unless you have an 8:30am appointment). Customers that are late or have failed to meet the filing requirements may be asked to reschedule. Summarized requirements for each registration type are available here.

Livescan service is required for new or expired Process Servers. Results can take anywhere from one day to multiple weeks to be returned. We cannot issue you a permanent process server card without an acceptable Livescan result. We recommend obtaining your Livescan prior to scheduling your appointment. The livescan form is available at the link above.

Please note that all bond documents must have ORIGINAL signatures. Government Code 27201(b)(1)​

The clerk will enter your information into our system, review the documentation, scan documents, etc. before calling you to a desk. For this reason, applicants should not expect to be called at their exact appointment time.
