Please note that if you intend to file as an LLC, Corporation or Limited Partnership you MUST be registered as such with the California Secretary of State before visiting our office.

If you have more than two separate FBNs to file please contact us to schedule at [email protected] . Customers that do not contact us will be asked to reschedule.

A Fictitious Business Name is not a business license or permit to operate. If you need a business license, please contact the city in which you will be operating or the Fresno County Tax Collector.
